#0003 ~ That didn’t work the way I wanted.

Carnivore Diet weight-loss is anything but linear.

Welcome back to another update on Our Carnivore Journey!

Many of you are aware that this path is everything but straight. You can get a good notion of what we’re riding on by imagining a roller coaster built of steak and bacon. We may not deduce a single pound some weeks, leaving us to wonder whether the scale is complicit in a massive carbohydrate plot. In other weeks, we might burn off 3–4 pounds, and we may feel like carnivores who have conquered the world of weight reduction.

It’s an unpredictable, occasionally difficult, and occasionally perplexing adventure, similar to trying to grill the ideal burger on a windy day. Although it may seem like we are dancing the cha-cha with our weight, we have discovered that maintaining our course is crucial.

These differences in reducing weight? Oh, they come as naturally and predictably as the desire for a nice steak. They serve as a reminder that, like the right seasoning on a grilled chicken thigh, persistence and commitment are crucial. We’re not racing a cheetah, after all; the most important thing is how consistently we put up effort. We continue to grow, learn, and occasionally burn the bacon by being committed. Hey, it’s all part of the adventure, so whatever.

We appreciate your participation in this thrilling, meat-filled excursion. We value your encouragement, support, and willingness to slog through our never-ending meat metaphors. We anticipate sharing more knowledge, successes, failures, and possibly a few more puns. We’ve learned that every step along the way teaches us something, like the fact that overcooking a steak is, in fact, a sin.

We’re moving forward whether things are sizzling or simmering, and we’re so happy to have you along for the ride. Let’s move on, so please pass the butter!
