Cheryl’s Sprint and Wayne’s Stroll
Hello, our carnivore comrades and diet deviants! Hold onto your steak knives because have we got an update that’s juicier than a medium-rare ribeye!
Cheryl’s Race to This Weeks Finish
Pour a fresh cup of coffee and unleash the confetti canons—Cheryl has crossed the finish line this week with a whopping 6-pound shed! If this were the Olympics, she’d be on the podium with a ribeye medal hanging from her neck. Not to get too beefy here, but it’s clear her efforts have really paid off. Last weeks pizza has been defeated!
Wayne’s Leisurely Loss
Now, over in my corner, I’ve been on more of a leisurely stroll through Carnivore County. Down by a pound, I’m taking the scenic route, relishing each mouthful of brisket and pausing to admire each bacon-wrapped vista. Slow and steady, as they say.
Step by Step: Our Daily Walks
Let’s not overlook our continued strategy—twice-daily walks that have us stepping more than a flamenco dancer on fast-forward. (well maybe slow motion) Is it the walks that accelerated Cheryl’s shed, or was she just running from the temptation of last week’s pizza fiasco? Either way, we’re both stepping it up!
Mountain Life: More Than Just Altitude
Living in the mountains, it’s not just the air that’s thin—soon enough, we will be too! These walks are doing more than just elevating our heart rate; they’re lifting our spirits higher than the peaks surrounding us.
The Meat and Potatoes…Err, Just the Meat
Amidst the pounds shed and the miles walked, let’s not forget our true north—Our Carnivore Journey. Whether losing 1 pound or 6, it’s the meaty milestones that matter most. On this journey, every ounce counts, especially if it’s in ounces of prime beef.
Serving It Up
So, there you have it—our week in a beefy nutshell. Cheryl’s sprinting ahead, I’m savoring the scenery, and we’re both stepping towards success. And remember, whether you’re shedding pounds by the half-dozen or just one lonely pound, every step and every steak brings you closer to your goal.
Here’s to more pounds shed, steps taken, and of course, meats enjoyed. Until next week, keep it carnivorous!
