Welcome to the first entry in the “Our Carnivore Journey” blog series. My dear reader, fasten your seatbelts because this journey is about to get meaty!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before we get into the juicy specifics of our excursion, let’s take a moment to figure out the meaning of the enigmatic numerals that are scattered across our page. The total figure at the top, standing out like a high score in a video game, is the amount of weight we’ve lost. (No we are not looking for it, so please do not try returning it to us.) Yes, that is the revised version of our weight-loss trophy as of the date that is scribbled at the bottom of the paper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

‘Days’ on the line, right? Oh, I see, that’s simply how long we’ve been playing this exciting game of “Avoid the Carbs.” It reflects the amount of days we’ve enjoyed this great adventure while chewing, crunching, and savoring it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You might now be curious about when we plan to publish. We want to publish weekly updates on our progress once we’ve cleared up the backlog of blog posts (don’t worry, they’re aged like great steaks). Consider these as daily doses of knowledge from carnivores, comedy, and inspiration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, there’s still more! Along with these regular updates, we’ll periodically write additional pieces to help you understand this trip. We’ll braise some relevant ideas, soak up insights, and perhaps even lightly roast ourselves.
